1. What are trade alerts? |
Trade alerts are "sensors" in our portal. They track the interesting information and send an email to their owners.
Trade alerts can be set so that they inform about new companies or new trade leads. You can add many trade alerts and set each of them separately so they react to a different kind of information.
Trade alerts allow sending the information you're interested in directly to your email account without the need to repeatedly visit the portal and check for new companies or trade leads. |

2. How can I add a trade alert? |
To add a new trade alert, log in first, then go to the 'my find2trade' tab. In the 'trade alerts' section, click 'add/edit'.
At first you need to determine the content type you're interested in. By default all four are selected (new companies, new buy trade leads, new sell trade leads, new cooperation offers).
Then set the keyword that must be found in the information to be searched.
Warning: Enter a keyword or phrase referring only to one piece of information, e.g. "notebook acer" and not "notebook acer mouse logitech"
You can also use the "*" and "?" wildcard characters. E.g. the expression "comp*" will match all of the following words: computer, company, computing, comparison. If you want to receive information about all new items, simply enter "*".
Then you need to determine the categories for the trade alerts. You can select max. 6 different categories. If you want to receive trade alerts from a greater number of categories you will need to add another trade alert.
