1. How to register in the find2trade portal?

Registration in the find2trade portal is free of charge and has no hidden costs. All you need to do is fill out the registration form. The registration process is easy and will only take a few minutes.

2. Step 1: Account settings

Registration in the find2trade.com portal cosists of three steps. At any time before finishing the registration you can abandon it if you wish.

In the first step the user sets their login name and password, and enters data of the person responsible for customer support. The contact person data are a part of the company profile displayed after choosing a company from the directory or the search.

The login name identifies each user of the portal. Once a login name is chosen it cannot be modified, so you should consider well the choice. It should be associated with the company name. If chosen login already exists you will need to chose another one. Login can contain only letters, digits and underline characters.

The password must consist of at least six characters. A good password is one that contains both letters and numbers, does not contain typical words and is easy to remember.

Keeping your password secret is a key aspect of your account's safety and your company profile in the portal. Anyone having the password has the same power over the company account as the actual owner.

The email address is a very important element of the registration. From now on, it will be the basic means of communication between your company and potential partners in the portal. Entering an invalid email address will make it impossible for us to send out the activation email after finishing the third step, which means the registration will not be completed and participation in the find2trade.com portal will be impossible.

3. Step 2: Basic data

In the second registration step the user fill out basic information concerning the company, such as company name, address or tax identification number, being an important element of the company profile.

If you want to correct data from the previous step of the registration, click on the icon of the first step at the top of the web page.

It is important to enter correct and full data, otherwise the image of your company will not be very good and contact with a potential partner will be difficult or impossible.

4. Step 3: Additional data

In the third (last) registration step, the user enters additional information which will be placed in the company profile.

If you want to correct data from previous steps of the registration, click on the appropriate step icon at the top of the page.

At this stage the user chooses (amongst others) the categories of the directory where the company profile will be added. After clicking "Choose categories", a category browser will be displayed. You will need to choose the right categories there. The max. number of categories can be fonud on the button. The choice of the categories is important so that the potential partner can easily find your company in the directory.


The choice of appropriate expression in the field "key products/services" decides whether visitors of the portal will find your company in the search engine. This is why it's important that the expressions used describe the products and services offered by the company.

The company description is just as important. It determines how your company will be seen. The description can serve as an efficient marketing tool. Keep in mind that not enough content can give a negative image and too much content can discourage a user from reading it.

Filling out the optional fields such as the year of establishment or gross sales can additionally influence a trust of potential partners.


It is important to agree to the privacy policy and to read the terms and conditions of the find2trade portal.


After finishing the thrird step the user will receive an email message with a link that must be clicked to finish the registration process. Specifying an incorrect email address in the first step will make it impossible to finish the registration and membership in the find2trade.com portal.

5. What should I do if I haven't received the activation email?

It is possible that the activation email message will not reach the user, for example because of anti-spam filters on the server or in the email software. In such case, in order to activate the account, we ask you to contact us at info@find2trade.com.
