1. How to add a trade lead? |
To publish an affer you need to log in and in the 'my find2trade' tab, click on 'add/edit' under 'trade leads'
After clicking it, a form will appear. You will need to fill out at least all fields containing a red star.
At first you'll need to set the trade lead type. You can choose between a buy trade lead (means you're loking for a product/service), a sell trade lead (if you want to sell something) or a cooperation offer.
The next field is 'Show in catalog'. Selecting it means that your trade lead will be visible immediately after entering ite. You can unselect this field if you want to prepare an offer which is not yet valid and then quickly add it to the catalog by selecting this field in the list of the available trade leads (this is displayed after clicking on 'view' in the menu on the left).
The next field contains the trade lead's title and description. You can fill them out in multiple languages.
In the next step you need to set the categaries the trade lead is to be added to.
Depending on your account type (free or the START package) you can publish one trade lead to a different number of categories. Check out the Offer comparison to find out about the differences between different account types.
You can add a photo to the trade lead. To do this, click on the 'Add' link next to the field marking the photo.
Hint: it's best to add a photo with the same height and width (it's square). It will then look much better.
At the bottom is an option available only to the START package accounts and allows marking a trade lead as a special offer. A special offer is distinguished and allows setting the final validity date. Special offers are always listed before the other ones.
Click 'OK' after entering all data.

3. How to create a good trade lead? |
1. Choose the right title for the treade lead
The title should not contain words such as: I want to buy, I want to sell. It should simply be the name of the product/service, e.g. "Desktop computer". It should not contain information that do not have any signification for the viewers, e.g. A great desktop computer.
2. Detailed description
It is best to place both a detailed description of what the trade lead concerns and the delivery conditions, a minimum order and other information which will make the process of fixing transaction details as short and simple as possible.
3. Multiple languages
If you're an exporter or importer, it's best to publish the title and description in multiple languages. It will then be displayed in other language versions of the web page. |

4. What is a special offer? |
A special offer is distinguished amongst other trade leads. It is always listed before the other ones, it is marked with a color and has a label "Special offer". When marking a trade lead as a special offer you can also specify the last date of validity (you can prolong it at any time). This allows the special offer to match any sales/promotions your company is running.
Only the users of the START package can publish special offers. |
