1. What is the company profile? |
Company profile determines how a company is perceived in the find2trade.com portal. You can see it as your own simple web page. It contains basic information such as company name, activity profile, key products/services, description and a number of additional data such as gross sales or employment. In case of START package users, the company profile can be enriched by a logo and a photo or another graphics associated with company activities. The users of our portal can reach your company profile through the directory or the search engine.
Underneeth the company description you will find contact data. By using the Inquire button, users can immediately (without the need to have an account in the portal!) contact given company and ask about its offer. The number of potential partners is practilly limitless!
All trade leads of a company are listed at the bottom of the page and allow for a quick look at their content and potentially send an inquiry.

2. How can I modify the company profile? |
To introduce changes to the company profile you will need to log into the portal using your login and password. The directions can be found in My account. The user will be automatically transferred to the My find2trade tab.
At the left-hand side you will find a menu with a number of options allowing for a quick and simple company management in our portal. The appropriate options can be found in the Account and Company sections.
After clicking on an appropriate item, the user will be transferred to a sub-page that allows to edit company data. The tabs Account settings, Basic information and Additional information correspond to the registration form described in the Registration section. The Images tab can be used by START package users to enrich the company profile by adding a logo and a photo (or another image associated with the company). |

3. How can I create a good company profile? |
Creating a good company profile should begin with the basic information. It is important to make sure it is correct. This is why you should check if it contains no spelling errors and if the phone numbers entered are correct.
Then you can fill out the additional information which give further information about the profile, experience and current state of the company. To avoid misunderstandings and increase the chances of receiving only interesting trade leads you should precisely determine the activity profile of the company.
One of the most important fields is Key products/services. It has two uses - it shortly informs about the company activity and is the basis for the search engine which uses the keywords entered to find matches for potential partners. This is why the choise of words is important.
Entering a company description will allow to introduce its histrory, experience, current state and plans for the future. It is important to enter information that potential partners will find interesting. Too much or too little content will discourage visitors from finding out about your company offer.
The START package users can add a logo or a photo to the company profile using the Images panel in the My find2trade tab. |
