1. How can I log in? |
Loggin into the find2trade.com portal allows for company management and using a number of personalized services such as Trade alerts. To log in, enter your login name and password in the login panel at the top of the page, then click Log in.

2. How can I log out? |
The ability to log out of the portal can be important if you use the portal in public places (with limited trust), such as an internet cafe; or if you have a few account and want to switch to another one. It is a good habit to log out after finishing your working session. To log out, click the Logout button which you will find in the login panel at the top of the page.

3. What to do if I forgot my login name? |
| If you forget your login name, you can send an email to info@find2trade.com asking to find your login in the system, specifying as much info that identifies your company as possible, such as the email address or company name. You will then receive an email with your login name. |

4. What to do if I forgot my password? |
If you forget your password, once a login attempt fails, a link will appear -- it will lead to the Forgot my password panel which (after entering your login and email address) will generate a random password and will send it to you by email. After logging in and going to Account settings, in the My find2trade tab, you will be able to change the password.

5. How can I cancel my find2trade.com account? |
| If for any reason you want to cancel your account (meaning that your company profile and all trade leads entered will be removed), send an email requesting this to info@find2trade.com. We will appreciate it if you attach a short explanation that will allow us to adjust to your needs and the needs of other users of the portal. |
