Kott Sp. z o.o. is a company with tradition (established in 1968). At the beginning we start the production of car parts of polisch cars. Nowadays we have a lot of press machines with tonnage range from 5 to 1000 tons, and also efficient professional laser cutting machines able to cut the steel until sheets 16 mm and the steel bars with diameter up to 80 mm, welding machines, hardening shop where we are able to make hard soldering, assembly department, warehouse with high storage shelving for metallurgical materials.The technologies we apply, in spite of standard stamping the steel sheets, include also cold extrusion. Most of the parts that we produce are designed for the automotive industry, what causes that our quality system functions on a very high level. We are certified according to ISO 9001 and operate according to ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949.
Our company performs the services in the filed of the machining and the presswork. Our experience in the above mentioned areas guarantees the professional service and advice. Low price, short lead times and quality of the services performed constitute our main advantage. As part of our services we are able to design and make the instrumentation (press tools, blanking tools, injection moulds) for the specific object and to start its production depending on our production possiblilities. With use of the CAD/CAM/CAE - Pro ENGINEER modern software we are able to create the complete instrumentation documentation together with the 3D models and basing on a real part (a digitalization) or on the technical documentation.
We employ 140 people.We still develope (buy modern machines, steered numerically that enable us to increase the capacity and to decrease the time and the cost necessary to produce the instrumentation).
